INSURANCE Process

The first step to the insurance restoration process to determine the extent of damage, if any, to your home or business. Our trained specialists will identify the damage they find on your property and will explain to you the simple steps in filing a claim. Knowing the insurance company is the final decision maker and it is up to them to decide how much of your property is damaged, it is our job to act as a negotiator for you as a homeowner in this process. Measurements, dollar amounts and items damaged will all be up for negotiation and E3 is there for you to depend on during your Adjuster Meeting.

The loss event date is needed for you insurance company to file land process the claim. Our restoration specialist will have this information for you.
Our restoration specialist will provide a free no hassle inspection of your property. The interior and exterior of your property will be documented and the claim will be called in to your insurance company if damage is found.
Your insurance company will set up an adjuster meeting time and date with you. We will bring our list of the damages to this meeting and ensure that nothing is overlooked. It is our job to communicate with the insurance company at this meeting so you can get your home back to the original condition.
Actual Cash Value: This is the first check that your insurance company will give you. It is to be used as your down payment.
