Siding
Siding is certainly one of the most noticeable facets of a home’s appearance. Inspection
If your issue regards a potential insurance claim, E3 Roofing and Remodeling will conduct a visual inspection to either confirm or deny damages. (We are not afraid to tell you that we don’t see damage if there is none present.) If we do find damage, we will share our findings with you and make a recommendation to either file or not file a claim with your insurance company. If we recommend filing a claim, we will work with you and your insurance company to arrive at a fair settlement.
If your issue does not involve a potential insurance claim, we will still conduct a visual inspection and validate or invalidate concerns. Plus, we will try to identify any other potential issues.
Regardless of whether your situation is insurance related or out-of-pocket, we require a formal written contract to set forth clear expectations and pricing.
Production
Within two or three days of signing the contract, someone from E3’s production team will call you to schedule an installation date and delivery time for the materials. Our team will have the material delivered exactly where you want them so they don’t block your garage or damage your lawn.
On installation day, an E3 representative will meet with the crew around 8 a.m. to review the instructions specific to your home and inventory the material.
The crew will clean the job site at the end of each day (if more than one is necessary) and run a magnet around the yard and driveway to retrieve any loose nails and other metal objects.
Upon project completion, an E3 representative will perform a quality assurance check and remove any leftover material.
Installation and Warranty Information
Our standard workmanship warranty is two (2) years from the date of installation. All material is independently backed by the manufacturer.
